**A fantastic opportunity to lead the financial markets modelling team for a global bank in Singapore.**:

You will be responsible for developing a strategy for FM data modelling and be the SME for FM Data modelling across the bank. You will also be responsible for leading a team that will conceptualize logical data models and business data views as well as design and define the build of a data model self-service tool to allow consumers to support their own requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of financial markets products including interest rate swaps and derivatives and trade life cycle.
- Team leadership experience and hands on data modelling experience.
- Good understanding of the regulatory landscape and data standards like FPML, XML and JSON.
- 10+ years of experience in Software delivery Management.
- Advanced understanding of agile ways of working and delivering transformation.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work dynamically across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed team and stakeholder base with multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Highly disciplined and structured with an outcome orientated mindset and approach.
