**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop hardware for battery protection circuits, including choosing and controlling contactors and relays.
- Create and develop battery sensor circuits, focusing on circuit design, component selection, and testing/calibrating sensors for voltage, current, and temperature.
- Develop software for battery protection schemes in the Battery Management System (BMS), covering protections for over/under voltage, current, and temperature.
- Evaluate the battery's State-of-Charge (SoC) and develop the related firmware in the BMS.
- Research, compare, and select the appropriate microcontroller unit (MCU) to implement the BMS firmware.

- Experience in designing and testing BMS protection circuits.
- Firmware development skills for MCU in battery protection.

- Skills in project planning and implementation.
