**Responsibilities**:
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate safety records including daily inspection reports, risk assessments (RA), safe work procedures (SWP), training sessions records and incident logs and reports.
- Keep updated documentation for worker and subcontractor safety compliance.
- Prepare daily safety sharing slides based on site activities, recent incidents, or MOM advisories.
- Assist in drafting safety reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with MOM and other authority safety regulations.

Administrative, Training & Meeting Support
- Organize and schedule safety meetings, toolbox talks, and EHS Committee meetings.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes for EHS Committee and daily coordination sessions
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training attendance records.
- Liase with suppliers and prepare purchasing order for safety related items.

Site Surveillance & Monitoring
- Monitor live CCTV footage to identify non-compliance or unsafe acts.
- Report observations to site supervisors or the WSH team.
- Maintain CCTV footage logs for investigation or audit purposes.

Communication & Coordination
- Disseminate safety alerts, circular, and advisories to workers and subcontractors.
- Follow up with site teams on the closure of inspection findings and non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies such as MOM or BCA for audits and document submissions.

System & Inventory Management
- Use digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, in-house apps) to manage safety inspection data and reporting.
- Track and manage PPE inventory and safety signage.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for safety-related equipment and tools.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors' degree or above.
- 5.5 days work (Monday to Saturday)
- Prior experience in safety or administrative support is required.
- Previous experience in safety related role within the industry.
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail, with good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
- Experience in conducting safety training sessions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools for safety data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
