- Position Title**:Purchasing & Inventory Executive**:
- Working Location: Bishan
- Working Hours: 5 days (8.30 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Check suppliers’ confirmation orders against our PO issued.
- Monitoring of shipping departure and arrival dates of standard POs.
- Monitoring of arrival of indent orders and sample requests.
- Maintaining the timetable of shipment arrivals.
- Prepare monthly marine cargo insurance declaration.
- Provide monthly ETA schedules to the guardhouse for FCL arrival.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks on a selected list of stock items to ensure the accuracy of stock position.
- Liaise with the warehouse team on inventory discrepancies; rectification will follow.
- Prepare a monthly clearance list for items with a shorter shelf life (after physical check).
- Prepare monthly reports for the Managing Director’s review and Finance.
- Update SAP with adjustments on non-sales inventory issuance e.g. samples issued, damages, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience is required
- Knowledge of SAP & Incoterms will be advantageous
