Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) Social Media Manager - Freelance / Remote

**Do you have a passion in the interior design and renovation industry? Join us if you are.**

Are you confident in creating engaging social media from our database of articles and guides? You will be tasked with the opportunity to exercise your creativity in creating engaging content for our social media channels.

We are looking for someone excited to work independently with a passion for growing social channels for Singapore's top interior design and renovation platform.

You will be working with us as a fully independent role with great autonomy in exercising your creativity.

**Location**:
The position is 100% remote (WFH)

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be in-charge of curating, editing and posting social media content for our Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) channel.
- Summarise and create engaging Hong Shu (小红书) bit-sized social media contents from our articles and existing content.
- Simple edits (text overlay, music overlay, annotations) before posting
- Identify content opportunities in increasing engagement, improving Hometrust's brand presence and outreach

**Requirements**:

- Good command of social media tools, and basic video editing tools on mobile
- Self-motivated and consistent performer with a positive attitude
- Great eye for high-performing content
- Willing to work independently
- Able to work remotely with team communication
- Have basic knowledge of interior design and home renovation
- Strong understanding of social media across various popular platforms
- Able to start immediately
- Prior experience in Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) is welcomed.

**Compensation**:
You will be working as a freelancer and will be compensated based on the work delivered.
