1. Business process flow should include swim lane map to place events and actions to specific person/group responsible.

2. Correct understanding of User Story written in As, I want, So that format; Acceptance Criteria can be improved by writing in Given, When, Then format.

3.provide smaller, manageable user stories to fulfil ‘I want to have real time statistic data’ high level requirement

4. Demonstrate experience in handling difficult customers and working in scrum/agile team

1) Seeking talented and experienced Business Analyst,

2) Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops

3) Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.

4) Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

6) Strong analytical mindset and business acumen

7) Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically and creatively

10) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

11) Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to $7,000.00 per month
