**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the deployment of digital tools and platforms, including BIM, CDE (Common Data Environment), and other relevant construction technologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to support the integration of digital solutions that align with project goals and requirements.
- Participate in the configuration and optimization of digital tools under the guidance of senior specialists.
- Work with project team to ensure the smooth integration of digital delivery processes.
- Assist in the development of digital delivery plans, timelines, and reports.
- Support coordination with vendors and software providers as needed.
- Provide training and support to user on the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital construction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation with the guidance of senior team members.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing digital collaboration and efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), CDE platforms, or project management software is a plus.
- Strong interest in learning and developing skills in digital construction technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders from local and overseas.
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, to understand, handle and resolve issues.
- A proactive, user-oriented and curious mindset, with a desire to engage in continuous learning and improvement.
