**STRUCTURAL COORDINATORS & ENGINEERS (with HDB experience)**

Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large-scale projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise structural/civil building works
- Coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients
- Perform, analyse, plan, and gather the designs for all related project specifications, construction drawings, structural and civil engineering work and some technical clarifications
- Responsible for work in all phases of the civil and building structure
- Handle cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions, and documentation
- To liaise with project participants like Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Suppliers and etc.
- Manage project site technical issues and concerns
- Coordinate project activities, and daily progress reports and able to supervise a group of contractors

**SALARY/BENEFITS**:

- Negotiable depending on experience. My client has indicated that the key is to get the right individual first and the salary will reflect this and remain highly competitive.

**PRE-REQUISITES**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or any relevant qualification
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in Building Construction projects
- Knowledge in Structural Planning, Coordination and Engineering supervisory experience in Main Contractor Office
- **Must have experience working on either HDB project and/or a Commercial Building Project**:

- Knowledge with local building regulations and by-laws
- Experienced in the preparation of architectural details and coordination.
- Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
