The Marketing Executive role is the key support for our **corporate marketing and operations**, **brand and archives management**. This role plays a pivotal support for the team to ensure brand guardianship, trademark and copyrights of logos, creative and other assets, archival of audiovisual and print materials as well as overall marketing operations of Esplanade’s corporate initiatives and programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Services and Operations**
- Support **marketing operations**, including corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- **Project management** of corporate marketing initiatives including internal stakeholder management, liaison with in-house and external agencies/designers/vendors, coordination of timelines and budgets.
- Manage and plan **Esplanade’s Centremedia** spaces including managing and planning the digital screen schedules and other available spaces/avenues, along with coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Managing, sourcing and evaluating printers/vendors for printing and other marketing communications activities
- Managing and coordinating corporate gifts and giveaways

**Brand Management**
- Support **Corporate Brand** team as a brand guardian in ensuring overall brand identity compliance and work with designers/agencies to ensure updated brand manual at all times
- **Support Archives team in IP management and external requests** of Esplanade’s audiovisual and print assets.

**Archival Support**
- Support in managing access to Esplanade’s archival assets by internal and external parties, including requests for loans, research, reproduction, and publicity, both on-site and online.
- Assist in the acquisition, appraisal, accessioning and safekeeping of materials into the collection of the Esplanade archives according to established policies.
- Assist in processing archival audiovisual materials, including trimming or scanning.
- Support by checking and keying in metadata information for materials as part of archival description work.

**Administration**
- Update corporate information on print and website
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices
- Apply/renew BCA licence for all the spaces
- Edit images with free picture editing software
- Any other administrative support and adhoc projects for the Marketing Dept as and when directed

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in marketing especially digital marketing, social media and content marketing
- Strong in project management
- Desktop publishing, familiarity with computer software.
- Proficient in MS Office, basic photoshop and video editing skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management and data analytics
- Good interpersonal skills, command of a second language is desirable.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is important.
- General knowledge of the arts
- Meticulous, organised and able to work in a team-oriented culture.
- Enthusiasm and personal motivation are paramount
