**Your day at NTT DATA**

The BIM Director has in-depth knowledge of BIM technologies and methodologies, including advanced modeling techniques, clash detection, and data management.

**What you'll be doing**

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is usually required.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s in Architecture, Engineering Management) or specialized certifications in BIM, project management, or related areas (such as PMP, LEED) can enhance qualifications.

**Work Experience**:

- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in BIM management or leadership roles, particularly in large-scale, complex projects.
- Significant experience in developing and executing BIM strategies and policies at an organizational level.
- A strong portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate successful BIM implementation and management.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of BIM technologies and methodologies, including advanced modeling techniques, clash detection, and data management.

**Leadership and Management Skills**:

- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams, including BIM professionals, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Experience in mentoring and developing staff to enhance their BIM capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
