[What the role is]

You will be part of HR Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the Senior Manager, HR Services, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR service delivery model of high quality and consistent HR services, related to the employee lifecycle.

**[ **What you will be working on]**

Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Responsible for the delivery of high quality and consistent HR services, in relation to the employee lifecycle.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Workday) and compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Establish and ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP), service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are developed, met, reviewed and revised, when appropriate.
- Be the Process champion to implement process improvements through proactive engagement with various stakeholders, leveraging on innovative and cost efficient solutions, systems & technologies and re-engineering of processes etc.

**[ **What we are looking for]**
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services.
- Prior experience in Workday systems is preferred.
- Good HR business process knowledge and demonstrated ability to drive process change and adoption of technologies.
- Service oriented mindset with a passion in driving continuous improvements initiatives to improve and enhance business practices.
- Attention to details, self-driven, resilient hands-on problem solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and project management skills.

This position will be a 2-year contract appointment in the first instance.
