The Product Quality Manager is a role that can have varied responsibilities. Relating to the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), Multisite Certification Program, conducting of ISO and/or API audits and ensuring amongst others all product quality and customer quality requirements are met.

As a Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Cultivating, empowering, and leading CWI Manufacturing Product Quality Team in Singapore.
- Performing Product quality evaluation for compliance with regulatory, statutory, industry standards; against product development and design requirements, specifications, and design parameters.
- Supporting and driving global standardization of processes and inspections facilitating product quality across the PL Manufacturing plants, as a team member.
- Driving resolution and improvements on quality issues in collaboration with functional groups, manufacturing support and suppliers alike.
- Ensuring customer specific quality requirements are executed by the plant.
- Playing a key role in Customer audits, regulatory audits such as API Q1, ISO audits.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's in a Quality or Engineering discipline.
- Have significant experience in a similar role or in Quality Management.
- Have proven knowledge of industry standards and codes which includes Energy, Oil & Gas, specifically in a Manufacturing environment.
- Have demonstrable technical knowledge of API / ASTM / ASME / NORSOK etc.
- Be a certified Lead Auditor - ISO 9001:2015 and/or API Q1/API Q2 or deemed SME for Oil & Gas industry quality standards.
- Possess good communication (spoken, read & written) skills in English.
- Have experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
