**Job Function & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily management of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Uphold a professional image of the restaurant by ensuring restaurant cleanliness as well as properly uniformed and groomed appearances
- Ensure consistent high quality customer service is provided in all areas
- Manage reservations and walk-ins
- Advise customers on menu choices
- Attend to customers' requests efficiently and effectively
- Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests
- Management Trainees will also be trained to take on more management duties and join weekly team meetings to understand the business better.

**Job Requirements**:

- Full-timers: At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the F&B industry or in a related customer service position would be advantageous for this position.
- Bubbly, outgoing individuals who plays well in a team
- Strong passion for culinary arts and delivering quality service with a smile

**Work Details**

- Salary: $2000-3500 (Depending on experience')
