DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Sales Operations)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Vendors and contractor's relations management to secure rates and ensuring service standards agreed upon.
- Supporting Operations and Sales in the execution of the service delivery.
- Monitor timely issues, query and dispute resolution from the sales team with timely response to customer enquiries.
- Monitor data integrity and maintenance of various systems.
- Adhering to the service excellence and strengthening relationships through platform for the customers.
- Managing the customers expectations and requests with professionalism.
- Any other duties as and when required / assignedy other duties as and when required / assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 to 5 years in shipping or logistics industry preferably from freight forwarding environment.
- Ability to perform tasks independently
- Possess analytical and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate customer service focus mentality
- PC knowledge with MS office and freight management systems preferred.
- Good English and Chinese communication and written skills
- Team-orientated personality
