Technician (Gas Inspection & Leak Survey)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Required to drive the company vehicles to survey gas pipelines along the road.
- Check on condition of the portable gas detector used for the survey activities.
- Check on the condition of the vehicle and the vehicle mounted gas detector before using for surveying.
- Plan the survey route.
- Report on damage chambers and other abnormalities found during surveying.
- Report gas leak to relevant parties.
- Generate daily report on work done.
- Assist Technical Officer in filing of the surveyed plans, daily and monthly reports.
- Assist in generating Leak Survey daily statements.
- Attend site meetings with other section’s officers to survey suspected gas leak.

**What You’ll Need**:

- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Relevant working experience would be advantageous
- Possess a personal vehicle and able to use for work purpose
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
