**Key Responsibilities** About the role**

Your primary role is to ensure demand forecast accuracy to be translated into various production stock-keeping units, reduce operating cost and improve customer service quality.

**Key responsibilities**
- Forecast demand for Make-To-Stock, Make-To-Order, and JIT products for supply planning
- Conduct statistical forecasting based on forecasting methodology and develop demand plan
- Develop short term and long-term demand plan for insights and key business decisions
- Conduct periodic (based on the demand cycle period) demand planning meeting with cross-functional collaboration like with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Procurement
- Review the performance of the Blue Yonder demand planning solution for continual improvement of the solution and improved forecast accuracy of the statistical forecast
- Responsible for consolidation of the customer order for efficient downstream order management and fulfilment
- Compile, track and improve KPI performance for Demand Planning within a business unit

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Supply Chain/IT
- 2 years related experience working within a demand planning function is essential
- 2 years work experience in Blue Yonder or a similar Demand Planning tool is highly valued
- Prior experience with working in SAP S4
- Experience in demand planning tools/ software and have a good understanding of end-to-end data synchronization
- Strong Analytical and modeling skills with extensive data analysis (Excel or more advanced tools) and strong mathematical abilities.
- Strength in statistical theories and methods are of advantage
- Understand key business, country and industry drivers (as inputs into demand planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective customer and internal business partner relationships, with proven ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required.
