We are working on an exclusive retained search to identify a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Management team forms the core of the group business and we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can help to achieve operational and financial objectives to join their expanding team in Singapore.

**The Role**
- You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and evaluating with new key vendors/suppliers for the Business Unit to achieve the sales and financial goals of assigned commodities
- Working with the Group to achieve planned budget by optimising the supply chain network within the group
- Work with the business unit to continuously track product quality and standards as well as perform cost-price analysis
- Ensure procurement activities for all projects are planned, organised and supported according to available capacity
- Procure and evaluate purchase quality in accordance with the needs of the franchising or special projects operations
- Manage all store and warehouse operations which includes, managing the 3rd Party Logistics, External Storage and/or Transportation partners engaged by the Business Unit.
- Work closely with all functional departments to process product orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to the respective stores.
- You will implement and enforce programs to ensure the accuracy and timely processing for receiving, warehousing, distribution and returns operations.
- You will manage all personnel policies and procedures in close collaboration with internal customers and logistics partners.
- You will manage and control all inventory levels by conducting regular stock take activities and reconciling with the data storage system.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by implementing sound people strategy, scheduling and assigning tasks and following up on work results.
- You will consistently monitor vendor performance while establishing and maintaining clear and transparent communication with vendors/suppliers.
**What We Require From You**
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain scope of work in FMCG or Retail Industry
- At least 5 years of supervisory exposure in leading a team

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per year
