**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance of buildings
- Manage minor A&A works M&E/facility-related repair and replacement works
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as AC system, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Experience in performing repairing plumbing fixtures and perform basic electrical hands-on works
- Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, an advantage
- Holding a valid class 3 driving license

**REPORTS TO**: Maintenance Manager
