Internship - Real Estate and Facilities Strategy and Contract Management

Through this internship, the student can obtain in-depth knowledge and experience upon facilities strategies from leasing vs ownership, out sourced vs self performed and the site master plan. In addition, students will be exposed to operations & maintenance which covers major equipment such as chillers, cooling towers etc. and understanding redundancy requirements, energy management, sustainability and maintenance strategies.

In your new role you will:

- Carry out **strategies and value proposition**:

- Develop equipment **operations and maintenance**:

- Carry out **utility management**and **sustainability strategies**:

- Further understand **maintenance concepts**and **operational excellence**

Internship learning outcomes:

- Develop **FM and Real Estate Strategies**:

- Understand the **operation and maintenance methodologies**:

- Develop **sustainability plans**:

- Develop **energy plans
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

- On track to attain Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Mechanical / Computer Engineering with a positive mindset
- Proficient with **Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint**:

- Good and positive attitude
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet timelineWilling to learn and interact with people
