**Key Result Areas of this Role**:

- To acquire new accounts in line with the sales targets outlined by the company from time to time;
- Grow the share of spend across existing customers by implementing strong customer care programs and account management practices.
- Achieve the individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Build customer relationships / maintain key contacts to a selected portfolio of accounts.
- Undertake other tasks/special projects as directed by the Sales Manager and/or General Manager from time to time.
- Min Diploma in Business
- Outstanding customer service with great communication & people skills
- Great follow up skills/management
- Ability to use computers and learn systems efficiently
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Meet monthly targets & support the rest of the team when needed
- Flexible working schedule
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with commercial acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident, friendly, professional disposition
- Energetic & enthusiastic
- Empathy with the needs and issues of customers, franchisees & sales professionals
- Ability to influence and motivate others

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,633.86 per month
