We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic experienced millwright with a passion for machinery to join our rapidly expanding team. You will install and repair machines on a daily basis with your specialized tools. Ultimately, it will be your responsibility to ensure that every machine runs smoothly and our facilities stay safe.

**Purpose and Summary of position**:
Summary: Responsible for dismantling, assembling and troubleshooting of rotating equipment
- Removal and installation of new and repaired machinery including spading and rigging activities;
- Dismantling, assembling and troubleshooting of various type of rotating equipment, such as pumps, blowers, compressors, agitators and screw feeders.
- Replacement of mechanical seals for pumps, agitators and compressors. And perform alignment check after installation.
- Execution of identified PPM activities such as vibration monitoring, lube oil checks and replacement.
- Maintain equipment history and prepare root cause analysis report for all troubleshooting activities.
- Provide guidance and OJT to junior technician for critical troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Must have “safety first” mind-set, follow safety instructions, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in various type of pumps, such as centrifugal pumps, PD pump, screw pumps, metering pumps and AODD pumps;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in various type of compressors, such as centrifugal compressor and reciprocating compressor;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in steam-driven turbine;
- Experience in High-Speed Sundyne pump, LEWA pump and so on;
- Basic knowledge of equipment metallurgy, gasket selection and bolting procedure.
- Able to follow OEM instruction, operating and maintenance procedures of rotating equipment
- Knowledge of applicable hand tools, various pneumatic and hydraulic tools.

**Required Experience**:
5 - 8 years’ Experience in process industry or contracting company in rotating equipment function.

**Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Knowledge on Turbine-Driven compressor, air compressor troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on SAP system
- PPM Philosophy and rotating equipment applicable PPM tasks
- Knowledge of critical equipment troubleshooting
- Able to work extended hours when required
