**Job Title: Attraction Retail Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage all aspects of visual merchandising, ensuring that the store layout and displays are attractive and aligned with the company's brand image
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop assortment plans and optimize inventory levels
- Lead and inspire a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained, inventory is well-stocked, and merchandise is properly displayed
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to proactively adapt strategies and seize market opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional activities and campaigns
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing merchandise
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Merchandising or Department Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using merchandising software and tools
