Warehouse Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot logistics equipment including mobile printers, RF guns, standard printers, and network systems.
- Address issues related to laptops and warehouse printers.
- Coordinate system maintenance plans with the customer's IT department.
- Obtain quotations, coordinate vendor installation schedules, and submit quotes to customers for approval for new IT projects.
- Conduct trials on new devices and participate in automation projects.
- Assist Executive in daily operations planning and participate in audits.
- Undertake any adhoc tasks or projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic or ITE graduate specializing in Infocom.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining logistics equipment.
- Proficient in handling IT-related issues within a logistics environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
