Environmental Management Lead

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline is required.
- 10 years of experience managing IT environments on the Microsoft platform.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work teams to task fulfillment.
- Exhibited good leadership and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and vocal communication skills are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- In a fast-paced business setting, you will lead and implement App setting solutions for projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the Production Release Plan
- Record Tech Ops processes, controls, and communication strategies.
- Manage Service Account CyberArk onboarding, Password Change Cycle, and SSL Renewal of a Certificate
- Communicating and working with project and technical teams on the App environment needs, delivery, and assistance
- Set up a new IT App environment and standardize the environment setup procedure.
- Manage, coordinate, and align the Tech Ops team's Regional / Global IT effort.
- Manage and plan new initiatives and Tech Ops projects.
- Record the settings of the Technical App Environment.
- Coordinate new project implementation with the infrastructure, network, firewall, and security teams.
- Mentoring, mentoring, and leading other members of the team.
- In charge of ensuring and validating that production environments adhere to Security and Compliance rules and policies.
