**Job Title**:
Supervisors and General Foremen (Building and Mechanical Related Trades)

Supervisors and general foremen in building and Mechanical related trades supervise activities of a distinct unit at a Semiconductor construction site, control and coordinate the activities of workers who are engaged in various occupations.

**Tasks**:
Tasks include:

- interpreting specifications and job orders
- determining sequence of operations and use of equipment
- estimating manpower requirements
- assigning duties to workers
- analysing and resolving semiconductor Facility work problems (Tool Hookup)
- coordinating the work of one or more units with other units
- recommending or initiating personnel action (clean Room facilitation)
- supervising co-workers and helping them in their work on (Exyte services projects)
- Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
