**Job Description & Requirements**:1.Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.Supervising the company's field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers
2.Supervising and guide junior to pick up the skill in carpentry works.Leading the junior to follow the project manager instructions.
3. Maintaining safety and quality standards.
4. Organizing schedules.Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team,Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.
5. Ordering all construction materials needed for projects. Ensure the usage is within budget limitation.Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project.
6.Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed.Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
