- Assist with month-end financial reports, including but not limited to:

- Preliminary results
- Flash reports
- Non-Recorded Income report
- Def Jam report
- Collect and generate operational data for financial analysis
- Identify trends and variances from the data (e.g, artist P&L, ICLA rates)
- Work with the finance team on quarterly forecasting efforts
- Support Regional SM FP&A on ad-hoc statistical analysis and other special projects including Business Insights projects where relevant

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting, Finance or related major
- Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
