Operations and Supply Chain Manager

Reporting to the COO and you will be responsible for building Supply Chain Processes and Controls. You will also identify areas of improvement in processes and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive overall business performance.
**Responsibilities
**Supply Chain Planning and Sourcing**:
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and relationship management with suppliers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing team for new product launches, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement
- Streamlining company’s cost of goods sold (COGS) and manufacturing cost
**Manage Warehouse, Inventory and Distribution**:
- Source and manage 3PL vendors for competitive bidding to complement operations
- Manage 3PL warehouse, logistics and fulfilment partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer delivery
- Inventory management set up (Setting up UPCs / barcode for SKUs) and getting ready for distribution
**Operations Management**:
- Drive strategic planning and operational improvements by setting up processes, infrastructure, and resource allocation to achieve expansion targets.
- Optimize and streamline company’s operational procedures, process and efficiency
- Developing a shipping and fulfilment strategy to achieve lowest cost and delivery turnaround time to customers in APAC region
- Streamline company’s operational cost (Ecommerce cost, processing fees, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, etc)
- Managing customer service and feedback
**Drive Commercial Outcomes**:
- Efficient end-to-end management of all DC sites operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment and returns
- Optimise negotiations, contracts and performance of third-party vendors including but not limited to DC, Final Mile providers, Consolidating Hubs
- Accountable for reporting, tracking and analysis.
- Identify opportunities and partner with stakeholders to find best practises and solutions
- Motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented. Have high sense of energy and service orientation to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate changes and initiatives
**Requirements / Qualifications**:
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Ecommerce supply chain and operations management
- Knowledge of office pack software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Independent thinker eager to build the dedicated operations and procurement functions
- Flexible and able to work in start-up environment, able to wear multiple hats
- Proactive, ability to think creatively and able to roll up your sleeves to execute and do what it takes to get the job done
- Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting at all levels internally and externally
- Teamwork, Analytical, focused on details and staying organized
