**The role**
- Perform root cause failure analysis on hearing aids
- Test program development, verifications, and validations
- Support serial production for yield and quality improvements (ECM, ADA, PHP)
- Prepare and update Work Instructions for operational use
- Support test system validations, quality audits and provide corrective actions if needed
- 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing Environment (Medical Devices/Electrical Testing)
- Able to formulate validation plan (IQ, OQ & PQ) and feasibility/Engineering studies
- Possess hardware design and programming knowledge
- Auto-cad / CREO / Altium Designer
- Statistical analysis
