RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and analyse the customer’s needs;
- Find the best solution and lead the architecture definition to meet the customer requirements;
- Interface with the customer, for the technical related aspects of the solution;
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing internal and external technical pre-sales support for the solutions and services, taking the lead of the architecture aspects in strong cooperation with all the required technical and non-technical skills involved (e.g. hardware, software, security, quality, maintenance);
- Lead the Make/Team/Buy decision process and support the partner & subcontractor choice throughout the capture & delivery activities;
- Be in charge of the executive and technical documentation for tenders and support handover to projects (including but not limited to design documentation);
- Support when needed the teams responsible for the implementation and testing of the solution by providing technical expertise on various aspects of the solution under development, ensuring the design and development goals until the final phases of the bid/project.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience with Thales HSM or similar cryptographic solutions.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
