We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in AutoCAD drawings as and when required.
- Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, and ensure the accuracy of tender drawings and material specifications.
- Prepare and submit the M&E plan, shop drawings, and any other required documents.
- Handle monthly progress claims, VO (Variation Orders), and finalization of accounts.
- Undertake precise measurement of quantities and provide reliable cost estimation.
- Collaborate with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Efficiently manage purchasing and inventory.
- Take care of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and create a positive work environment for the team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess 1-2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or related construction field.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD (2D/3D) is essential.
- Immediate availability to start work will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance and perform well under pressure, meeting tight schedules.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
