- **物资管理： **确保清洁用品和设备的充足供应，并进行必要的订购和管理。
- **客户沟通： **与客户保持有效的沟通，了解客户的需求和反馈，并及时解决问题或调整服务。
- **报告和记录： **记录清洁工作的完成情况，制作报告并向上级汇报工作进展和问题。
- **安全管理： **确保清洁工作符合安全标准，包括使用清洁化学品的安全操作，预防意外事件的发生。
- **人员管理： **管理清洁团队的人事事务，包括考勤、请假、绩效评估等。
- **协调与合作： **与其他部门协调合作，确保清洁服务与整体运营的协调一致
