**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Calibrate coffee machine before the start of service
- Able to pour basic latte art
- Manage the coffee bar
- Handcraft good coffee for guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
- Introduce, recommend and upsell menu items
- Perform opening and closing duties for coffee bar
- Perform general housekeeping for coffee bar and outlet
- Procurement of supplies and stock management for coffee bar
- Manage the floor through serving, taking orders, and cashiering
- Clean, operate and upkeep operating equipment in a safe environment
- Comply with all safety, food and beverages regulations
- Assist supervisor with cost and quality controls
