**Position Summary**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Support strategic initiatives through development, localization, and deployment of the marketing plan which includes marketing activities for lead nurturing/generation/qualification, exhibitions and other events, new product launches, and other multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Localize general campaign pieces to personalize customer experience in local region.
Thoroughly critique layout/design, messaging, accuracy, corporate style adherence, and legal clearance of localized marketing pieces.
Work closely with translation companies, freebie item vendors, advertising publications, etc.
Facilitate direct marketing campaigns using internal databases (CRM) to identify potential member segments, and a marketing automation system for marketing activity deployment.
Effectively communicate with sales, channel partners, and other departments for alignment on all upcoming marketing plans.
Report all marketing project expenses and monitor the ROI on every project completed.
Perform various other marketing duties as needed, including general project management.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management
Strong project management skills, and the ability to organize workload for effective and timely project implementation
Ability to write clear, compelling, informative, marketing-oriented copy for a variety of channels. Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly.
PC proficiency in Windows environment to include MS Office suite. HTML experience is a plus.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (i.e. Eloqua, Marketo, or similar) a plus.
Ability to write professionally and speak fluent English is required. Other language capabilities within the APAC region a plus.
