**ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT CLERK**
- Providing administrative support to the management team and maintaining office operations
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, booking keeping.
- Prepare GST, Financial statement.
- Daily operation in the automotive industry
- Handling customer inquiries and providing customer appointment booking
- Assist in Stock management and recording
Working Time : 5.5days ( 9am to 6pm Mon to fri 9am to 1pm sat )
**Requirment**
More than 2 years of experience in an administrative or account assistant role, preferably in the automotive industry will be priority
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite and in Quickbooks accounting system
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
**Salary**: $2000 to $2200
Senior Citizen are welcome
