**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track all Open Orders into the DC (Distribution Centre/Logistics Centre)
- Develop reason code system for al open orders
- Develop dashboards for order tracking once released in the DC to the shipment to customer
- Develop rationale for “backlog” denition
- Track all order backlog to shipment out of the DCs (Distribution Centre/Logistics Centre) to end customer delivery
- Reprioritize orders where necessary, approve change in shipment modes
- Expedite supply of products, where necessary to ship the orders
- Understand all EDI links between DC and primary systems
- Work with IT Team on developing an invoice approval processes for DC
- Work with IT Team on developing best in class COGS reporting and dashboards

**Job Requirements**

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics with 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Change Management or Relationship Management or equivalent experience. Experience working with national manufacturer distributor in key supply chain topics like demand, inventory, distribution. Strong in analysis, business processes, excel & power point. An advantage to have a logistics knowledge.
