Receptionist (Car Dealer)

Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve walk-in customers/visitors, handle face-to-face customer inquiries, and promote company products and services
- Receive payments and handle petty cash reimbursements
- Assist and provide general day-to-day administrative support to Service Advisors, including booking appointments for customers
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude
- Friendly, pleasant, and approachable personality
- Able to handle payments judiciously and carefully
