Position: Accounting, HR & Admin General Manager
T & C is seeking for a seasoned professional leader, fluent in English and Japanese, with over 20 years of experience, and a passion for internal controls in Finance, HR & Administrative and stakeholder management to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

The key duties of the General Manager are to manage & maintain company-wide internal controls, investment planning, Information Technology, code of conduct, HR and financial strategy including annual increment for employees. He is required to provide advice to the Managing Director, oversee tax, budgeting, procurement and liaise with internal stakeholders and leading board-level reporting to HQ. He is also responsible for analyzing premix products market in Japan and handle expatriates matters including tax clearance
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Science or other related field.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- Energetic, team-oriented, and proactive leadership style.
