**SENIOR UX/PRODUCT DESIGNER**

**Digital Design Agency, Singapore**

A very exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced UX/Product Designer to join this digital design agency in their expanding Singapore office, to lead the Design Studio and deliver digital solutions for a number of well-known clients. You will be leading a team of UX Designers and UX Researchers, helping them to create exciting designs, digital products and services.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading the Singapore Studio consisting of UX Researchers and Designers
- Managing, mentoring and leading by example
- Delivering design concepts, solutions and strategies
- Working closely with a UX Consultant on qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Presenting design and creative ideas to clients
- Leading workshops with senior stakeholders
- Contributing to company blog posts, social media and white papers
- Attending and speaking at industry events

**What you need**:

- At least 6 years' experience working in UX and design - you have hands-on experience designing digital products
- Experience working in an agency
- Experience with / a good understanding of UX research
- A deep understanding of visual design and user interface design
- Experience using design visualisation software, such as Sketch and Adobe etc
- Experience using prototyping software, such as Sketch, Origami, Principle, Axure etc
- Experience managing and mentoring cross-disciplinary teams
- A real passion for UX and design - you often attend/speak at industry events
