Opportunity
Required Day to Day Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
- Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
- Support new projects to create and maintain content
- Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
- Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers
- Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness and automation
- Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
- Understand and source financial information
- Build relationships with overseas market contacts
- Document policies, procedures and work processes
- Adhere to current data policies and procedures
- Backup other analysts in the team during their absence
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Good written and verbal communication in other Asian languages
- Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements
- Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
