**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Overall responsibility for the discretionary portfolio management (DPM) services offering within Private Wealth SG and later other segments End to end coverage from legal documentation to end marketing Ensure product offering is competitive and profitable Help drive penetration into managed investment Client facing role, to market both internally and externally Responsible for order implementation and execution of trades as advised by Sub advisor(s)

- Develop overall product strategy Market and expand the discretionary offerings on our DPM platform Monitor and review of market opportunities Responsible for product profitability and business growth Define the process and controls for Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) Robust system to support DPM services

- A recognized degree in business, finance or wealth management Holder of Associated or Certified Financial Planning qualification is preferred Min 5 years' experience in the Private Banking or Fund management area Strong product knowledge Strong operational and middle office knowledge Required CACS 1 & 2 Fund management (module 3 & 6) Strong analytical, implementation and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and able to drive change across multiple stakeholders Ability to identify market changes &/or new ideas and find new DPM solutions Strong decision making skills Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure
