**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of International Relations & Stakeholder Management (IR & SM) and the Deputy General Secretary, the Executive, General Secretary’s Office (GSO) will collaborate with the Assistant Manager, IR & SM to enhance and streamline the administration of programmes and activities within the General Secretary’s Office.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Membership Management**:
- Maintain and manage the FAS Membership portal, including its operational functions and regular content updates.
- Serve as the primary liaison for communications with FAS Ordinary and Associate Members, ensuring the timely updating of the FAS Membership directory.
**Stakeholder Coordination & Communication**:
- Work with the Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries of FAS Standing Committees, as well as key staff, to facilitate effective communication and provide timely updates for the FAS Executive Committee, Council and Senior Management.
**Event Planning & Execution**:
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of the FAS Annual Congress and Extraordinary Congress in accordance with the FAS Constitution and Electoral Code.
- Support the organisation of FAS Executive Committee and Council Meetings, ensuring compliance with the FAS Constitution.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of VIP hospitality arrangements during FAS organised events, ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders while working closely with relevant departments and volunteer management.
**Liaison & Compliance**:
- Work with SportSG, FIFA, AFC, AFF and UEFA on funding initiatives and special projects, as required.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, IR & SM, the Deputy General Secretary and/or the General Secretary of FAS.
