We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Assistant Vice President, AML System, Data & Analytics (SDA) Data Intelligence Data Science Senior Analyst**(Internal Job Title: Data Science Senior Analyst - C12) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications and make strategic recommendations, develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis.
- Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality.
- Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to determine data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan.
- Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards; recommends solutions.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards.
- Impact the business directly by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others, impact own team and closely related work teams.
- Drive communication between business leaders and IT; exhibit sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 year’s experience in business and data analysis, process improvement and project management
- Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical attention to detail
- Experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
