**This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**
- Report directly to the HSEQA Manager
- Assist to maintain HSEQA (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) related documents for compliance and to address to industry standards
- Assist to develop and execute corporate ESG / sustainability initiatives and strategies that is tied to the business’ strategies and goals
- Monitor internal office audit in accordance with the management system requirements, ISM and ISO requirements
- Maintain vessel and office HSE records for compliance requirement
- Support the HSEQA Team in the Risk Assessment / HAZID workshop for Project HSE requirements
- Support the HSEQA Team in accident / incident / near miss investigation and nonconformity
- Support the HSEQA Dept in carrying out training, audits and inspections onboard
- Assist in HSEQA related tender submission
- Assist in the implementation of the Group Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) initiatives and documentation
- Risk assessment and incident investigation
- Experience in project HSE and Quality function
- At least 3 years of experience in ISM and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management System
- Marine or Offshore experience is preferred
- Experience in the conduct of internal office and contractors’ audits
- Experience in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) / Sustainability
- Effective written and oral communications
