**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure software quality**:

- **Identify, document, and report bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner**:

- **Collaborate with developers and other testers to understand requirements and test scenarios**:

- **Review and analyze user stories and requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases**:

- **Assist in regression testing, ensuring previously resolved issues are not reintroduced**:

- **Work closely with the development team to ensure timely fixes and updates**:

- **Keep track of testing progress and provide regular feedback to the team**:

- **Continuously improve testing processes and procedures**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **0-2 years of experience in software testing or related fields**:

- **Basic understanding of software development and testing processes**:

- **Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills**:

- **Ability to clearly document and communicate issues**:

- **Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies**:

- **Familiarity with manual testing (experience with automated testing is a plus but not required)**:

- **Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment**:

- **Basic knowledge of testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent is a plus**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
