**Responsibilities**:

- Manage document control and support documentation tasks in the Quality Assurance Department, including electronic filing, scanning, archiving, and retrieval.
- Keep administrative databases and systems updated.
- Assist in preparing documentation for customer inquiries related to environmental compliance (RoHS, REACH).
- Coordinate monthly sample submissions for ICP tests.
- Regularly review and update SPC and control limits.
- Help engineers consolidate test results and prepare basic reports for customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in administrative role.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail.
