Scoot, a leading airline committed to fostering an innovative and engaging work environment, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to cover a maternity leave position as a Manager/Section Manager, Culture and Organisation Development. You will be part of our People Science and Organisational Effectiveness Team and the team plays an important role in the organisation by developing and implementing people strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance the performance, productivity and effectiveness of the organisation's workforce through the use of scientific people and psychological research, data and analysis.
Basically, you play an important role in working with the different teams across the organisation to lead the organisational diagnosis through the use of surveys such as engagement and life cycle surveys as well as designing the organisational level strategies to facilitate organisational transformation, change management, and enhancement of organisational culture and performance, while maintaining a workplace environment that fosters continuous learning growth and innovation.
**Job Description**:
- Strengthen and rejuvenate Scoot’s culture through the development of Scoot’s purpose statement, culture activation, and core competency framework, as well as assess and enhance the performance management and development system to facilitate cultural shift.
- Drive an agile, growth, and learning culture within Scoot, implementing initiatives and habit-building strategies backed by science and research.
- Foster an innovation culture by conceptualizing an innovation framework and implementing suitable platforms or systems for Scoot's crew.
- Develop and facilitate team and cross-team collaboration programs to enhance cohesion within Scoot.
- Develop culture, agility, and manager indices, streamlining them with engagement surveys and lifecycle surveys for a comprehensive continuous listening strategy and organizational health assessment.
The incumbent will work closely with the People Science and Organisation Effectiveness team within Scoot HR.
Note: This is a one-year maternity cover position.
