Managing social media calendar and strategy
- Assist in developing and creating engaging, creative, and innovative content for social posts
- Assist in the full content creation cycle: Shoot photos and videos, edit and design content, post contents for MDADA social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Oversee day to day management of all social media accounts
- Actively grow social media following and traction
- Initiate and drive influencer strategy and engagement to leverage social media opportunities
- Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies
- Research and evaluate the latest social media tools, trends and techniques to propose new marketing opportunities where possible
- Provide copywriting for social media content and blog articles for website where relevant

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphics Design or Communications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role preferred, with a focus on social media management
- Must be social media savvy and is up to date with social media trends
- Have a good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Proficient graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Canva etc.) or any photography/videography editing skills
- Strong executional, time-management and prioritisation skills with ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
