Orchard, Singapore Kind TCM Clinic PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient registration procedures efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and consultations, ensuring the smooth flow of patient visits.
- Greet and assist visitors in person and over the phone, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and distribute medications following established protocols.
- Handle billing procedures, including processing cash payments, e-payments, corporate e-claims, and insurance claims.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the healthcare facility's operations.
- Liaising with physicians and therapists to ensure patient flow.

**Requirements**:

- At least **GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma** in any field
- Able to commit for at least **3 - 6 months**:

- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with patients.
- Immediate availability to commence work.
- Flexibility to work weekends based on duty roster if assigned.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system
- Weekend availability
