Presales Consultant

As Handshakes expands in the APAC region, we are looking to hire an experienced **Pre-Sales Consultant** who will be part of our Tech Solutions Sales Team in our Singapore office. The **Pre-Sales Consultant** will work closely with the sales team in following up or closing prospects, in conducting product demonstrations, and in helping to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities for a **Pre-Sales Consultant **include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with the sales team to support the development and management of a robust sales pipeline throughout APAC.
- Engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and capabilities of our software products.
- Assisting in the qualification and conversion of prospects to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth in APAC.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handover of requirements and align technical solutions with customer needs.

As a **Pre-Sales Consultant**, you are expected to have:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales Engineer or in a technical sales/support role.
- Solid understanding of software product functionality, architecture, and implementation processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.
